CITY OF LEGAZPI—A 40-year-old man was killed in a shooting on Monday July 25 in the town of Sipocot, in the province of Camarines Sur.

Camarines Sur police reported on Tuesday that unidentified men fired at around 8:30 p.m. Julio Braga as he was returning on a motorbike driven by Joeue Toribio in Barangay Calagbangan. Braga and Toribio are residents of the town of Lupi.

Police said Toribio pulled over after the victim fell on the concrete sidewalk. The suspects fired two more shots which killed Braga instantly.
