60-year-old man dies in Port Talbot crash involving ‘number’ of cars
A man died after an accident at Port Talbot in an incident involving a motorcycle and a “number” of cars.
The 60-year-old motorcyclist died at the scene, South Wales police confirmed on Saturday.
The crash happened on Seaway Parade around 4:45 p.m. Friday and the road was closed for several hours while officers investigated.

On Friday evening, the northbound lanes of the A4241 were closed between the Afan Way roundabout and the Baglan Energy Park roundabout. After a brief closure, the southbound lanes were reopened after an hour.
A South Wales Police spokesperson said the force was still investigating the fatal collision. They added: “The collision involved a motorcycle and a number of cars and the 60-year-old motorcyclist died at the scene.
“The road was closed for several hours following the incident and the public is thanked for their patience during this time.”
